3- Tires:

Only NEW American Racer tires, specified by promoters of the ‘American’ events may be used for qualifying and feature events.

All competition tires must be purchased ‘on property’ during event weekend and must be adequately marked and tracked by officials. All rim must be team marked and tires impounded nightly according to official time & guidance. Once tires are mounted, they are not to be dismounted or removed from visual site of competitors and officials. Any team found to be tampering with competition tire will be deemed illegal and disqualified from the event.

Practice and set up tires may be previously used, but may not be utilized during the event competition.

Tires will be tested several times throughout the event to maintain legitimacy and integrity.

For the 10/15/17 show: 6 NEW TIRE MAX – 4 new tires must be on each car for qualifying races, must be properly marked, and only 2 new change tires will be allowed (this is to deter any doctoring of tires that fall outside of our impounding process). All 6 eligible tires will then again be marked by tech prior to the feature event. Officials must be notified if damage requires additional used tires only. All rims must be marked with team # and impounded within one hour of requested time Saturday.

4- Spoiler Height/Width

48.00 inches max width, 8.00 inch max blade height must be clear lexan (polycarbonate). A maximum height of 44.0 inches from the ground to the top of spoiler with driver.

5- Fuel

Host facility fuel only. Samples will be tested randomly throughout the qualifying and main event. No additives allowed. Be sure your tank is clean prior to refuel so not to contaminate testing.

NOTE: All rules subject to adjustment according to the American 100 Tech team. All decisions are final.

Thank you for your participation.
